spankings and discipline who needs it?

We all need accountability and we all sometimes buck against the system... As adults it's harder to get the discipline we crave, as the world society and humanity thinks that we should all be able to adult and adult well according to society to standards. Not the case. I know so many people who are so naughty that I'm pretty sure a freaking bare bottom whooping would do them a world of good. I am not even exempt from deserving a spanking every now and again because I can be naughty naughty naughty. But I don't want just a little pop pop on the butt right before somebody is getting ready to insert their dick into me hell no I want to spanking that's going to reset my brain and make me want to be accountable if even if it's to myself. 

I have an accountability coach and when I need a spanking I go to him.  Is he free No? 

Do you need an accountability coach I'm not free either but if you book a session with me I will be glad to reset your naughty meter and give you some accountability I am an excellent disciplinarian and a supremely experienced spanker.

Ugh .... Instagram got me frazzled. Its almost impossible to get Instagrams help. No human to talk to too. I have reported it, I tried to get Instagram to delete it, I have asked everyone who follow the above account to report it but it's still up and whoever stole it is reaching out to my followers asking for money, trying to get votes, and also scam accounts from people who follow this account. Please unfollow @themistressnoir report it as a fraud and don't send me money thru anything that's connected to that Instagram account.
